Under the leadership of Sector Commander Mr. Matthew Olonisaye, the FRSC disclosed its strategic deployment plan, which includes 10 patrol vehicles, two ambulances, and one tow truck to cover critical areas and maintain visibility on the roads.

With a focus on preventing road crashes and ensuring prompt response to emergencies, the FRSC emphasized the importance of motorists adhering to traffic rules and regulations for their safety and that of others.

Mr. Olonisaye emphasized the significance of protecting lives, urging drivers to avoid dangerous behaviors such as wrongful overtaking, speeding, and overloading vehicles. He stressed that every life is precious and irreplaceable, urging road users to exercise caution and responsibility while traveling.

The FRSC’s deployment aligns with its strategic goal of reducing road traffic deaths and injuries, aiming for a five percent reduction during the Easter period.
