Those apprehended include Uche Ibejiako, 26, from Owerri Municipal; Mariano Daniel, 24, from Delta State; Michael Chukwuemeka, 23, from Umuokwu Izombe in Oguta Local Government Area (LGA); and Annointing Ezeh, 23, from Umugada Irete in Owerri West LGA.

Imo State Commissioner of Police, Aboki Danjuma, called on the public to play an active role in the battle against crime, urging citizens to report any suspicious activities to local police stations. He emphasized that public cooperation is critical in maintaining peace and security in the state, and the collective effort of both the police and the community can lead to significant crime reduction.
