The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced the release of the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream 2 call-up letters for prospective corps members. The announcement was made on Monday through a series of posts on the NYSC’s official X account (formerly known as Twitter).
Orientation for the Batch ‘B’ Stream 2 is set to commence on August 28, 2024, and will conclude on September 17, 2024. The NYSC also provided important details for prospective corps members, noting that some assigned to Lagos will be having their orientation in Ogun and Osun States. Similarly, those posted to Zamfara will have their orientation in Kebbi and Sokoto States.
The NYSC urged all prospective corps members to print and sign an addendum, which is required to be submitted during registration at the orientation camp.
This announcement follows the release of the call-up letters for Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 in July. The orientation camp for Stream 1 took place from Wednesday, June 26, to Monday, July 1, 2024, with the swearing-in ceremony held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
