Adamawa Police Warn: Nationwide Protest Could Turn Deadly!The Adamawa State Police Command has issued a stern warning to the public, urging them to avoid participating in the planned nationwide protest, highlighting the risk that the event could escalate and turn dangerous for the protesters.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

In a statement released Sunday morning by the state Police Public Relations Officer, Suleiman Nguroje, the Command emphasized its stance against protests due to their potential to spiral out of control.

“Adamawa State Police Command does not encourage protests because of their potential to get out of hand,” the statement read.

Earlier in the weekend, the Command had convened a meeting with Adamawa stakeholders to appeal against the scheduled protest. The statement reiterated that any protest leading to injury, loss of life, or destruction of property is unacceptable.

“The proposed nationwide protest has the potential to go wrong and turn violent by thugs; that is the hard truth,” the Command stated. They urged all residents of Adamawa State to avoid any actions that could result in self-harm or harm to others.

“Please, think and act wisely. Never embark on an action that has the potential to get out of hand,” the Police stressed
