The police have charged Henry with several offenses, including house trespass to commit an offense, theft in a dwelling place, and criminal misappropriation. According to the Prosecution Counsel, Malik Taiwo, Henry purportedly trespassed into the High Court premises in May 2023 and deceived the security personnel on duty by paying them a sum of N10,000.
