Don Jazzy, D’banj Accused Of Backstabbing By JJC Skillz.

In a recent interview, JJC Skillz alleged that despite providing accommodation, food, and clothing to the artists while they were struggling in the UK, the duo and others plotted against him. He claimed that the betrayal occurred even as he sought to help them establish connections in Nigeria’s music industry.

JJC recounted that he met Don Jazzy and D’banj through mutual acquaintances and, recognizing their potential, offered to introduce them to key figures in Nigeria. “Don Jazzy, D’banj, Ayo, DJ Abass; all of them conspired against me. Taz brought a guy called Don Jazzy to me, and Ayo came through Abass. I met them because they were running a TV station,” he said.

He explained that he had connected them with influential contacts, including a person named Bankulli, in an effort to help them gain a foothold in the Nigerian music scene. However, JJC claimed he later learned from fellow artist Ruggedman that D’banj accused him of cheating them financially, despite the fact that they had not yet earned any money while under his guidance.

“I was shocked because nobody knew them back then. I was the one taking them to shows, accommodating, feeding and clothing them. So, how can I be cheating when you haven’t made any money?” JJC Skillz said.

Don Jazzy, D’banj, and the others mentioned in the allegations have yet to issue a response.
