Senator Natasha Accuses Akpabio and Yahaya Bello of Plotting Assassination

During her homecoming address, where she was warmly received by her supporters, the embattled senator revealed that although the plot was not publicly known, the Nigeria Police Force has been notified of the alleged conspiracy.
According to Senator Natasha, the assassination plot was linked to her recall process, which Akpabio allegedly initiated after promising the former governor financial support. She detailed that on March 13th at 10:00 pm, just two days after Akpabio purportedly called Governor Ododo to commence the recall, he was informed that it would be challenging due to Natasha’s popularity among the masses. Dissatisfied, Akpabio reportedly contacted Yahaya Bello to push the agenda further.
Natasha claimed that the plan had two components: initiating her recall and ensuring her assassination. She alleged that Akpabio instructed that if the murder were to take place, it should happen within her constituency to make it appear as though it was carried out by local residents rather than in Abuja.
As of the time of reporting, neither Akpabio nor Yahaya Bello has responded to the allegations. The police are yet to release any official statements on the matter.
