First Batch Of Trucks Begins Loading Fuel At Dangote Refinery (VIDEO)

In a video shared on the company’s official X account on Sunday, Dangote Group confirmed the development, stating, “HAPPENING NOW: First set of trucks set for loading of PMS at the Dangote Petroleum Refinery.”

This milestone follows an announcement by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Saturday, revealing that over 300 trucks had arrived at the refinery to load petrol.

This marks the first time in several years that petrol produced locally in Nigeria is being loaded for distribution.

Finance Minister Wale Edun and Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Zacch Adedeji, had earlier confirmed that agreements were finalized for NNPCL to begin lifting fuel from the Dangote Refinery.

NNPP Rejects Atiku, Says “We Don’t Want To Be Part Of ADC”.

The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has dismissed claims by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar that it is part of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

In a statement on Thursday, NNPP National Secretary Ogini Olaposi said the party is not affiliated with the ADC and has no plans to join or merge with the coalition.

He clarified that the involvement of former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso and members of the Kwankwasiya Movement in ADC activities does not represent the NNPP as a political party.

Olaposi also claimed that only a minority of Kwankwasiya supporters followed Kwankwaso, insisting that many of them have since joined the APC.
