Popular actress Seyi Edun recently opened up about a frightening health scare that led to her hospitalization over the weekend. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she expressed deep gratitude to God for saving her life and thanked her loved ones for their unwavering support during her ordeal.
Seyi revealed that she collapsed on Friday night and was rushed to the hospital, where she remained until Sunday afternoon. Now on the mend, the actress reflected on her experience, saying, “Father Lord, I thank you for good health, I thank you for sparing my life, I thank you for keeping me for my family and loved ones. God, I’m grateful to be typing today.”
In her post, Seyi praised her husband, Adeniyi Johnson, for his steadfast support throughout her hospitalization. She noted that he and their children stayed by her side, showing their love and concern. “Many thanks to my husband @adeniyijohnson for standing by me. You and my kids didn’t sleep until morning. God bless you, my love,” she wrote.
Seyi also expressed her appreciation for her personal assistant, who efficiently managed her responsibilities while she was incapacitated. “Thanks to my P.A. for handling my phones and attending to business efficiently,” she said, highlighting the importance of having a reliable support system during tough times.
In her message, Seyi emphasized the often-overlooked significance of good health. “If you have ever had a challenge with your health or your loved one has, then you’ll probably agree that good health is underrated. I can’t stop thanking God for my life,” she added.
