In a statement shared on its official platform on Friday, Landmark Africa, the parent company of Landmark Resort, confirmed the initiation of the refund process and expressed gratitude for the patience exhibited by their customers. However, they cautioned that the completion of the refund process might experience delays due to the high volume of requests.
