Portable, currently residing abroad, expressed fear that upon his return to Nigeria, EFCC operatives would detain him based on accusations of currency abuse. This concern stems from self-acclaimed social media activist VeryDarkMan, who reportedly called for Portable’s arrest over alleged Naira abuse.

In an Instagram live session with fans, Portable voiced his apprehensions, stating, “I am scared. The EFCC is planning to arrest me when I return to Nigeria because VeryDarkMan name-dropped me.”

He further criticized VeryDarkMan’s involvement, questioning the legitimacy of his actions and urging him to refrain from making inflammatory remarks. Portable’s remarks highlight broader concerns about the role of social media activism and its potential consequences, particularly when individuals are targeted based on online allegations.

This situation underscores the need for responsible discourse and the potential repercussions of online actions.
