Portable addressed these rumors through a video message that has been circulating. In the video, he explained that his studio session with Dammy Krane was solely a business arrangement and had no connection to his disagreement with Davido.
He further clarified that the song he recorded with Dammy Krane was, in fact, a prayer song.
Speaking in Pidgin, Portable expressed, “Dammy Krane sang with me, and some people are saying we insulted Davido. It was strictly business. Music is a business. Just because Dammy Krane has issues with Davido, should we not collaborate? Uncle Dammy Krane and uncle Davido, please forgive each other.”
