According to Nivo News, Nigerian activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has cautioned that the ongoing #FreeNnamdiKanuNow protest could spiral out of control if the Federal Government fails to release the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Speaking to journalists during the protest in Abuja, Sowore revealed that despite being repeatedly tear-gassed by security agents at various protest locations—including Transcorp, Utako, and Apo—demonstrators have remained resolute in their demand for justice.

He emphasized that the movement was not a call for violence but a demand for fairness and recognition of citizens’ rights, asserting that Nigerians deserve to be treated with dignity within their own country.

Sowore stated, “Nobody can stop this spirit that has been awakened. We are only insisting on bringing our brother home. They tear-gassed us at Transcorp, we moved to Utako; they did the same, and we relocated to Apo, where we had the largest turnout so far. This shows that very soon, things may get out of hand if they fail to act on Nnamdi Kanu’s release.”

The activist further explained that their message was clear—citizens deserve to be treated equally and fairly. “We are not calling for violence,” he added, “but if Nigerians are not allowed to enjoy full citizenship, then those who wish to go their separate ways should be allowed to do so.”

Nnamdi Kanu has been in detention on allegations of terrorism, treason, and incitement. The government claims he has been promoting the Biafran cause through inflammatory broadcasts and online statements.

In a recent video shared on Instagram, Jegede encouraged Daniels to prioritize her safety above all else, especially if she is experiencing any form of domestic violence. She urged the young actress not to succumb to pressure from online critics or social media commentators who may try to influence her choices.

Jegede emphasized that there is never an acceptable reason for abuse in any relationship, stating, “@regina.daniels if domestic violence is involved, leave to live. Do not let bitter and jobless internet trolls bully you. There’s no excuse for domestic violence! We love you, and your experience is valid.”

In a recent interview on the WithChude podcast, the actor recounted how the incident transformed his faith and brought him into a deeper relationship with God. He revealed that the accident happened shortly after parting ways with his close friend and colleague, Gregory Ojefua, in Lagos.

Udegbe recalled their final conversation before the crash, explaining that Ojefua mentioned heading toward the Eko Bridge while he decided to take the Third Mainland Bridge. That, he said, was the last thing he remembered before waking up in a hospital bed.

“That accident was crazy. I was with Gregory Ojefua, my guy. We just finished where we were. I asked him where he was going, and he said Eko Bridge. I said I was going through Third Mainland. And that was it,” he recounted.

The actor said he regained consciousness in the hospital, confused and unaware of what had happened. “The next thing I remember was waking up in the hospital. I saw a bandage around my neck, and I couldn’t turn it. I was told to calm down,” he narrated.

Udegbe explained that he suffered a severe neck injury, known as whiplash, which made movement extremely painful. He underwent therapy to recover and recalled a profound moment when his doctor told him, “Go and sin no more.” According to him, it felt as though Jesus Christ was speaking directly to him.

Reflecting on the experience, Udegbe said the ordeal strengthened his Christian faith. “Before the accident, I was a believer who prayed and trusted God. But since then, my faith and conversations with God have reached a whole new level,” he said.

Actress and filmmaker Iyabo Ojo has issued a stern warning to an alleged impersonator operating a Facebook page under her name and image, which currently boasts over 2.7 million followers.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

According to Nivo News, the Nollywood star revealed in a video shared on Instagram that the unidentified individual has been using her identity to run a blog, post false stories, and mislead her fans for personal gain. Ojo disclosed that despite several attempts to report the page to Facebook, the situation remains unresolved, prompting her to publicly demand that her name and picture be removed from the platform immediately.

In her words, the actress expressed frustration over the fraudulent account, saying the impersonator changed the page’s name to “Iyabo Ojo Lovers” to make it appear like a fan page. She clarified that the page has nothing to do with her and condemned the owner for profiting off her reputation.

“The person has been making money with my name, carrying fake news, and deceiving people. This is my last warning. Take down my name and picture or face the consequences,” Ojo warned, adding that she intends to take further action if the impersonator fails to comply.

She further criticized others using her name to spread falsehoods, urging them to “get a life and a job” instead of “being stupid on social media.” Ojo also revealed that she initially joined Facebook just to report fake accounts impersonating her, and she is now exploring ways to have the fraudulent pages permanently removed.

The actress emphasized that the impersonator should “create their own identity” and stop misleading the public, insisting that her image must be taken off the blog immediately before she takes decisive legal steps.
