“My friends deserted me,” Agwu said emotionally. “This bishop that I’m talking about, he was managing me, he collected my money, they stopped talking to me. It is well.”
The veteran entertainer underwent major brain surgery in the United States in 2015 after doctors discovered two growths in his brain. He has previously spoken about the harrowing experience, including an instance where he temporarily lost his life and regained consciousness while being transported to a mortuary.
