Fury Vows To Knock Out Joshua As Heavyweight Super Fight Draws Closer.

Tyson Fury has intensified talk of a long-awaited heavyweight clash with Anthony Joshua, confidently predicting that he would stop his fellow Brit if they finally meet in the ring.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Fresh off a dominant victory earlier this year, Fury has again named Joshua as his preferred next opponent, further fuelling excitement around what is widely viewed as one of the biggest potential fights in boxing.

Speaking to FurociTV, Fury made a bold prediction about how he believes the fight would end.

“I’ll knock him out for sure,” he said.

“He will not be able to survive against me. He does not have any chin and I will bang him on it because I am quicker than him and I am a better boxer.”

Fury also referenced Daniel Dubois’ recent run of fights, listing opponents such as Oleksandr Usyk, Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller, Filip Hrgovic, Anthony Joshua, and Fabio Wardley, while highlighting Joshua as the only one he claims has been knocked down multiple times.

He pointed out that, among those opponents, Joshua was the only fighter to go down even once, using it to support his confidence ahead of a potential showdown.

Meanwhile, unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, who has defeated both Fury and Joshua twice, offered a contrasting view.

Usyk, who now trains alongside Joshua, believes the former champion has what it takes to win if the fight happens this year.

Joshua is scheduled to face Kristan Prenga on July 25 in what is expected to serve as a tune-up bout ahead of a possible Fury clash later in the year, depending on both fighters winning their respective fights.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Usyk said he would back Joshua while still acknowledging Fury’s strength.

“We will help AJ in training. My opinion is AJ beats Tyson Fury. Fury is an unbelievable fighter, a very dangerous guy. But I like how Anthony works and how he has changed. I want Anthony to win. I think he deserves it,” he said.

Fury, who returned to action with a win over Arslanbek Makhmudov in April, is also expected to fight again in August as he continues preparations for a potential showdown with Joshua.

With retirement speculation surrounding the heavyweight stars, Fury has also expressed interest in a trilogy fight with Usyk after their two previous bouts ended in points victories for the Ukrainian.

Usyk is meanwhile scheduled to face kickboxing star Rico Verhoeven in Egypt this weekend before a likely clash with WBC mandatory challenger Agit Kabayel if he wins.
