“2027 Election Is More Or Less A Formality For Tinubu” – Omokri Says.

Published

on

Nigeria’s ambassador to Mexico, Reno Omokri, has said the 2027 presidential election would be a “mere formality” for President Bola Tinubu if he remains alive and healthy.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Omokri made the remark in a post on his X handle while reacting to the large crowd that welcomed President Tinubu during his visit to Bayelsa State on Friday.

He said Bayelsa had rarely witnessed such a massive turnout since its creation in 1996, noting that the crowd appeared “massive, active, and supportive.”

According to him, even though Bayelsa is a small state in perception, the turnout proved otherwise in terms of population and political engagement.

Omokri added that the level of support demonstrated in the South-South region reflects what could be expected nationwide.

He further stated that if such momentum continues across the country, Tinubu’s 2027 re-election would be “almost automatic,” provided there are no unforeseen circumstances.
