Full List: Tinubu Govt Secures Agréments For Ambassador-Designates From 10 Countries.

Spokesperson Kimibie Ebienfa disclosed on Monday that the process is progressing steadily, with agreements already received from ten countries.
These include the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Ireland, Qatar, the Republic of Benin, Ethiopia and Djibouti, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.
“I wish to inform you that the process of receiving agréments from the countries where the ambassadors-designate are posted is ongoing. We have already received approvals from the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Ireland, Qatar, Benin Republic, Ethiopia/Djibouti, Senegal, Sierra Leone, among others,” Ebienfa said.
Responses from other countries are still pending.
He also stated that the date for the Induction Ceremony will be announced once it is finalised and confirmed by the Presidency.
The Ministry noted that with approvals already secured from key global partners and regional allies, the process is gradually nearing completion.
As additional approvals are expected in the coming weeks, all eyes are now on the Presidency to conclude the process and formally dispatch the envoys to their respective postings.
