The 27-year-old joined the Turkish club in a €75 million transfer and is tied to Galatasaray until 2029. However, growing interest from Europe’s top clubs has sparked questions over how long he will remain in Turkey.

At Arsenal, transfer plans reportedly prioritise Atletico Madrid forward Julian Alvarez. The Argentine, who moved from Manchester City to Atletico in 2024, is contracted until 2030, making any deal complicated and costly. Osimhen has emerged as a prime alternative, particularly if Alvarez proves unattainable.

Sources indicate that Galatasaray are hesitant to sell in 2026, yet a €100 million bid could open serious negotiations—especially if Osimhen signals a desire to return to a top European league. The striker is reportedly open to a Premier League move, having already made a mark in Serie A with Napoli.

Juventus are also closely following the situation. Italian reports suggest the Turin club admires Galatasaray’s financial commitment to Osimhen and could step in if the opportunity arises.

Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk recently highlighted the scale of the striker’s contract, saying: “Galatasaray’s transfer fees and salaries have risen since last year. With Osimhen’s transfer fee and salary, you could probably put together a full team. We need to stick to budgets carefully.
