Naija News reports that the chef shared the exciting update on her Instagram page, revealing that she recently received confirmation from Guinness World Records of an additional achievement linked to her jollof rice cooking feat.
Hilda explained that while she initially thought she had only broken the record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, it was later confirmed that the same meal also set a new record for the largest serving of rice overall.
With her earlier record for the longest cooking marathon already secured, this new confirmation brings her total to three Guinness World Records.
She described the news as both shocking and joyful, noting that she discovered it months after the original announcement while casually checking her emails.
Hilda also credited her partner, Oreoluwa Atinmo, for playing a key role in the success, emphasizing that the accomplishment was the result of teamwork and shared vision.
She thanked her team, Guinness World Records, and supporters for their support, saying that the achievement was a special way to kick off 2026.
