Ojimah stated that Ewor’s public statements and conduct amounted to a voluntary resignation, noting that his decision to align with Wike—who the party insists remains expelled—was incompatible with PDP’s principles and leadership structure.

He reaffirmed the party’s loyalty to the Turaki-led national leadership, stressing that Wike has no authority to interfere in the affairs of the PDP and that the Rivers chapter dissociates itself from any actions or utterances attributed to Ewor.
