According to Nivo News, the social media personality was hospitalised after being involved in an accident on Sunday while driving his newly acquired Mercedes-Benz. The incident happened during a live broadcast on Instagram, drawing widespread attention and concern online.
Moments before the crash, Peller appeared visibly distressed during the livestream, openly expressing emotional struggles linked to relationship issues. He was seen lamenting the possible end of his relationship and made alarming statements suggesting self-harm, which heightened public anxiety as the livestream continued.
The content creator repeatedly voiced fears of being mocked if the relationship ended, and at one point made comments indicating he might deliberately crash the vehicle. The livestream abruptly ended shortly after the accident occurred.
In a follow-up statement shared via his Instagram page on Friday, Peller expressed deep remorse over the incident and tendered an apology to Nigerians and his supporters. He admitted that emotional pressure from his personal life and the pain of a recent breakup clouded his judgment, nearly costing him his life.
Peller acknowledged that his actions were not intentional and appealed for understanding, saying he allowed his emotions to overwhelm him. He also called on members of the public to stop directing online harassment at Jarvis, stressing that she was not responsible for the incident.
