Dyche Offers Boost On Ola Aina’s Return As Palace Star Uche Shines.

According to Nivo News, Aina has been out of action since September after sustaining a hamstring injury while on international duty with Nigeria. The injury not only disrupted his club campaign but also ruled the 29-year-old out of the Super Eagles’ plans for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
As part of his rehabilitation process, Aina recently featured for Nottingham Forest’s Under-21 team in a fixture against Millwall, a move designed to help him regain match fitness under close supervision. Dyche confirmed that the defender has since increased his involvement in first-team training, although caution remains necessary due to the length of his absence.
The Forest boss explained that Aina is progressing well and is now training more consistently with the squad, but stressed the importance of managing his recovery carefully to avoid any setbacks. If his progress continues smoothly, the former Chelsea player is expected to be available for selection early in the new year.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace head coach Oliver Glasner has heaped praise on Christantus Uche following the midfielder’s standout display in the club’s 2-2 draw with Finnish side KuPS in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The encounter at Selhurst Park came alive within the opening minutes as Uche fired Palace into the lead with a superb long-range strike, igniting the home crowd and showcasing his growing confidence on the European stage. The goal marked his second of the campaign in the competition and further underlined his importance to the squad during his loan spell.
