The NSCDC leadership also highlighted ongoing initiatives to revamp the Corps, including comprehensive training programs, welfare improvements, and reward mechanisms for exemplary officers. Prof. Audi underscored the Corps’ commitment to recognizing outstanding service while maintaining zero tolerance for truancy, indiscipline, and breaches of ethical standards.
Under his leadership, the NSCDC has achieved significant milestones, including clearing promotion arrears, introducing career progression courses, implementing a Life Insurance Compensation Scheme for bereaved families, ensuring compliance with federal character in appointments, and promoting gender inclusiveness.
