“Don’t Run From Hardship, It Builds Your Faith, Says Dr. Paul Enenche”
According to Nivo News, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche, has charged Christians to remain steadfast in the face of trials, describing challenges as gateways to divine breakthroughs.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Speaking at the 2025 International Ministers Flaming Fire Conference, which commenced on August 26 at the Glory Dome in Abuja with the theme “Territorial Dominion,” Enenche drew inspiration from the biblical account of Philip in Samaria to emphasize that genuine spiritual authority produces undeniable impact.
“Every entity in Samaria, whether spiritual or physical, knew something had shifted when Philip arrived,” Enenche said. “The question is: when last did you enter a place and both heaven and hell recognised your arrival?”
He further declared that moments of hardship often precede divine intervention. “Every time the devil does his worst, God sets the stage to do His best. Seasons of persecution are seasons of visitation. Fresh battles attract fresh mantles. So, stop running away from trials and tribulations,” he added.
The week-long conference has drawn delegates from 68 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, China, India, Japan, South Africa, Russia, and Ghana. Renowned global ministers such as Dr. Bill Winston, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, Steven Brooks, Chioma Jesus, and Michelle Benedek are ministering alongside Enenche and his wife, Becky.
In one of his sessions, Winston urged participants to embrace their identity in Christ, saying, “I thought I was Superman whenever I wore a Superman shirt; I felt stronger. So how much more when you put on Christ? The enemy is under our feet.”

DEVOLVE OR FAIL! Nigeria Must Adopt State Policing Now To Crush Rising Crime, Says Oladele!.
-
A Necessary Reform: Former lawmaker and legal practitioner Kayode Oladele considers the National Assembly’s passage of the State Police Constitutional Alteration Bill a vital move to combat Nigeria’s escalating security challenges.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
-
-
Addressing Structural Gaps: Oladele views the bill as a constitutional solution to the limitations of the current centralized policing system. Although the bill still requires presidential assent and approval from two-thirds of the State Houses of Assembly, its passage through the National Assembly is a major constitutional milestone.
-
Constitutional Mandate: Citing Section 14(2)(b) of the Constitution, which defines the security and welfare of the people as the government’s primary purpose, Oladele argued that rising levels of terrorism, banditry, and kidnapping demonstrate that a single police structure is insufficient for a nation as large and diverse as Nigeria.
-
Promoting Federalism: He emphasized that the proposal should be seen as a practical response to current security needs, asserting that true federalism necessitates the devolution of powers to enhance accountability, efficiency, and responsiveness.
-
Modernization, Not Criticism: Oladele clarified that advocating for state police is not meant to criticize the Nigeria Police Force—whose officers he praised for their sacrifices—but rather to modernize the nation’s security framework.
-
Proposed Structure: The bill envisions a dual-policing system featuring both State Police Services and a Federal Police Service. Importantly, it does not force states to create their own police force; rather, each state must pass its own enabling law and adhere to national standards for training, recruitment, and discipline.
-
Addressing Risks: While acknowledging concerns regarding potential political abuse of state police, Oladele argued that such fears should not prevent necessary reform, expressing optimism that the system will become more responsive to local threats and more accessible to the public.
