Idris Dismisses Anti-Tinubu Coalition, Predicts Smooth Re-election Victory
The governor of Kebbi State, Nasir Idris, has declared that no political coalition can prevent the re-election of President Bola Tinubu. He reaffirmed the unwavering support of Kebbi State residents for Tinubu’s second-term bid in 2027, citing the numerous projects and developmental initiatives facilitated by the president in the state. “The leadership style of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is exemplary, benefiting Kebbi State and Nigeria at large,” the governor added.
Mujidat Folasade Tinubu-Ojo said the visit was primarily to mourn the passing of the Emir of Zuru, retired Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Sani Sami, who died at 81 in a London hospital. She extended prayers for the late Emir, asking Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdausi.
