Deepfake Drama: Presidency Reportedly Demands Legal Action Against VDM Over Explosive Audio Scandal!
The Nigerian Presidency has formally demanded that social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse, widely recognized as VeryDarkMan (VDM), be held legally accountable for distributing an allegedly fabricated audio clip featuring President Bola Tinubu.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, took to the social media platform to condemn the act, labeling it an “egregious abuse” of the platform. Onanuga’s statement was prompted by an inquiry from another user, who criticized the circulation of the audio as a form of “cheap propaganda” designed to manipulate public sentiment through misinformation.
Related Developments: Phyna’s Instagram Suspension
In a separate development, BBNaija Season 7 winner Ijeoma Otabor, known as Phyna, has had her Instagram account suspended. This suspension occurred on Monday, coincidentally during an ongoing online dispute between her and VDM.
The tension between the two escalated after Phyna alleged that VDM attempted to manipulate public opinion against her following her rejection of his sexual advances. While VDM has denied these claims—arguing that seeking consent between adults is standard behavior and requesting evidence—Phyna has attempted to substantiate her accusations by sharing screenshots of a purported WhatsApp conversation between them on her Instagram page.

“The Results Are Faked!”: Amaechi Loyalist Blows The Whistle On Massive Manipulation In ADC Primary!.
Ibrahim Wala, a prominent member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and a vocal supporter of presidential aspirant Rotimi Amaechi, has publicly denounced the party’s recent primary election. Wala, who monitored the voting process in Gombe State, characterized the event as a “brazen, shameless auction” rather than a democratic exercise, asserting that it failed to reflect the core values promised by the ADC.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
His allegations regarding the primary include:
-
Widespread Irregularities: Wala alleged that the election was heavily compromised by voter intimidation, disenfranchisement, and vote-buying.
-
Pre-determined Outcomes: He claimed that the final results were manufactured outside the official polling process, effectively rendering the actual voting moot.
-
Clandestine Operations: Wala alleged that the committee leadership operated out of a hotel room, which he described as a “clandestine situation room” used to finalize manipulated results behind closed doors.
-
Direct Corruption: He reported that an agent personally approached him, offering to take him to that same hotel room to secure whatever he wanted in exchange for his cooperation.
As a result of these claims, Wala has formally called upon former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, who was the reported frontrunner, to distance himself from the “dirty, concocted” results. Wala maintains that he possesses “undisputed evidence” of these infractions in Gombe State, reinforcing the position previously taken by Rotimi Amaechi, who rejected the primary outcome due to a lack of transparency and fairness.
