Obi stressed the urgent need for credible elections in which votes genuinely count, and rejected the continued manipulation of electoral outcomes by a few individuals. He called for Nigerians to remain hopeful and united in their pursuit of a just and equitable country.

“In Abuja today, I joined other distinguished guests at the presentation of OBI: The Political Change Agent by respected journalist Ike Abonyi, who did an excellent job chronicling a journey toward transformative leadership based on competence, character, capacity, and compassion,” Obi shared on his (formerly Twitter) page.

“The event also marked the rebirth of the Obidient Movement, an organic force driven by Nigerians determined to build a new nation,” he added.
