The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will leverage NITDA’s network to supply skilled Nigerian tech talents to the Doballi platform. Doballi, a Dubai-based AI-driven recruitment platform specializing in connecting African tech talents to global job opportunities, will facilitate remote work placements for these professionals.

Key Components of the Partnership:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Training: NITDA will ensure that talents onboarded to Doballi meet employable standards. The agency will act as a sustainable pipeline of skilled tech professionals.

  2. Cost Waiver: Doballi has agreed to waive the mandatory $150 assessment fee for onboarding Nigerian talents.

  3. Global Job Placement: Doballi will connect vetted Nigerian tech talents with global employers, offering remote work opportunities.

  4. Dashboard Monitoring: A dedicated dashboard will allow NITDA to track the progress of onboarded talents, including employer feedback and foreign currency-based payments into Nigerian banks.

  5. Cross-Cultural Training: Doballi will provide training to help candidates adapt to global work environments.
