Governor AbdulRazaq Urges Reflection On Haj Lessons And Eid-al-Adha Virtues
Extending his greetings to the Muslim community ahead of the Eid-al-Adha festivities, the governor prayed for Allah’s blessings on the ummah and guidance towards goodness. Governor AbdulRazaq prayed for Allah to accept the pilgrims’ spiritual journey, reward them with Al-Jannah Firdaus, and grant them safe travels back home.
“As a country, we are navigating a phase of socioeconomic reforms amidst global economic challenges. I urge compatriots to continue supporting and praying for the President, and for all citizens to contribute to our nation’s progress.”
In Kwara, the governor welcomed residents back for the Sallah festivities and various sociocultural activities. He assured that efforts have been made to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, with different recreational areas open for a pleasant and memorable time.
“As we travel across the state, we will encounter significant construction sites, which may cause traffic delays. His Excellency appeals for patience, as these projects are part of our rural-urban transformation efforts. These initiatives aim to enhance socioeconomic development, improve travel times, beautify our communities, and boost life expectancy for our people,” the statement concluded.
