Senate President Godswill Akpabio represented President Tinubu at the expressway commissioning ceremony, alongside notable figures such as Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Dangote Group, Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat, and other prominent leaders from across the country.
