In a recent episode of ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, the ‘Ghetto Soldier’ singer reminisced about his early days as a ticketer in a motor park.
“I was working in the motor park as a ticketer when someone told me I have a good voice and that I should consider becoming a musician,” he recalled.
Though initially skeptical about his singing abilities, Daddy Showkey decided to give it a try. To his surprise, his musical attempts were met with widespread approval, setting him on the path to a successful career in music.
Addressing the ongoing controversy about young artists not acknowledging the contributions of music legends to their success, Daddy Showkey expressed a humble stance. He stated that he has no interest in seeking accolades for paving the way for new artists.
