Confirming this development, Dr. Ibrahim Kana, the Permanent Secretary of the MoD in Abuja, released a statement on Thursday.

According to Naija News, the APCs were handed over to Gen. Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff, by the Permanent Secretary during a formal ceremony.
