This playful moniker was coined by a jubilant constituent of the Edo North senatorial district, Mallam Abdulkadir, upon receiving Easter Palliatives from the former Edo State governor. Overwhelmed by the generosity of the gifts and household materials, Mallam Abdulkadir humorously remarked that Oshiomhole’s kindness made him feel like he was being pampered like an ‘Ajebutter’, hence the nickname OshioButter.

Indeed, OshioButter is a delightful and fitting addition to the array of nicknames associated with Oshiomhole. It speaks volumes about the positive impact he has had on the lives of the people he serves.
