Lucky Imasuen’s agricultural plan for Edo State is not just a vision; it’s a comprehensive strategy aimed at transforming the state into an agricultural powerhouse. Recognizing Edo as an agrarian state with vast arable farmlands, Imasuen envisions a future where the state not only achieves food sufficiency but also contributes significantly to the nation’s GDP through a well-harnessed agricultural sector….READ MORE.

The first key aspect of his plan addresses the current challenges faced by farmers in accessing their farmlands. Imasuen acknowledges the alarming rate of food shortage due to criminal elements invading forests, preventing farmers from cultivating their lands.

To combat this, his government plans to implement community policing and foster inter-agency collaboration. By doing so, the administration aims to rid Edo’s forests of criminal elements, ensuring that farmers can work without fear. This strategy not only bolsters food security but also creates a safer environment for the citizens.

Imasuen’s vision goes beyond just addressing immediate concerns. He recognizes the untapped potential of Edo’s rich natural resources and aims to diversify the state’s contributions to the country’s GDP. By shifting from a sole focus on oil production to a more diversified economy, Edo can establish itself as a key player in the national economic landscape. This shift not only reduces dependence on oil but also positions Edo as a state actively contributing to the overall development of the nation.

In essence, Lucky Imasuen’s agricultural plan resonates with the common man by addressing the practical challenges faced by farmers, ensuring their safety, and promising a future where Edo’s agricultural sector becomes a thriving hub of productivity. The emphasis on community involvement, advanced technology, and economic diversification aligns with the aspirations of the people, reflecting a commitment to the well-being and prosperity of Edo State.

“THE ULTIMATE FAITH CHECK: Why Heaven Remains Completely Unshaken By Human Falsehoods!”.

Published

While the Almighty is omniscient and perfectly sovereign, human interpretations of scripture frequently diverge across various Christian denominations, sparking intense theological debates. From contrasting perspectives on angelic authority to ongoing discussions surrounding tithing, legalism, and the hyper-grace movement, religious scholars and leaders often arrive at vastly different conclusions. For instance, prominent figures have engaged in public discourse regarding the interpretation of foundational passages, such as the relationship between grace and truth in John 1:17, or the comprehensive scope of Christ’s earthly ministry and future judgment.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

These doctrinal variations extend across global and local church traditions, leading major religious bodies and leaders to reevaluate and occasionally revise longstanding positions. Notable examples include administrative adjustments within the Redeemed Christian Church of God regarding tithing prerequisites, modifications by the Deeper Life Christian Ministry concerning courtship guidelines, and policy updates by Jehovah’s Witnesses regarding blood medical procedures. Furthermore, historical shifts within the Roman Catholic Church demonstrate a continuous process of theological refinement among global institutions.

Despite the proliferation of diverse dogmas, theological corrections, and occasional public controversies among evangelicals, many spiritual leaders emphasize that foundational truths ultimately endure through scriptural study and spiritual discernment. As highlighted by prominent ministry leaders, believers are encouraged to rely on diligent scripture reading, historical context, and spiritual guidance to navigate complex doctrines and maintain unity within the faith.

Don’t Think You Will Get Away With It – Obasanjo Warns Failed Nigerian Leaders.

Published

on

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo cautioned political and public office holders against failing to fulfill their constitutional mandates, describing such failure as an offense against both God and the citizens they serve.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

The former President maintained that leadership remained a crucial factor determining the success or failure of any human organisation, whether a family, business, state or nation.

“If anybody asks me what is the most important factor, what is the most important issue, what is the most important element that makes the difference between success and failure in any human organisation, the answer is leadership,” Obasanjo said.

Clarifying his claims, the former President noted that two organisations may have similar resources and structures but achieve different results because of differences in leadership.

“You will find two institutions or two organisations that are very similar and one is doing well, the other is not doing too well. The difference is in leadership,” he said.

“A nation, leadership failure will mean that the nation is not making progress as it should. A family, the leadership failure in the family means that the family is not making progress as it should. Any human institution, any human organisation, leadership failure means great calamity.

He stressed the need for leaders to admit when they have failed and as well apologise where necessary, show remorse and take concrete steps to correct their failures.

“As long as you are active as a leader, you are likely to do things wrong. But what is very, very important is to make sure that when you do wrong, you appreciate that you have done wrong. And then you atone and make corrections,” he said.

He added, “When we make mistakes as leaders or as even human beings, the first thing we have to do is acknowledge that we have made mistakes and have gone wrong. And then go back to make corrections.”

“Where you fail, it means that you have disappointed human beings and you have also disappointed God. Where you fail, you have disappointed human beings and you have also disappointed God.

Obasanjo stressed that Nigerian leaders must not assume leadership position if they know very well they cannot fulfil their obligations. He rejected attempts by leaders to justify poor performance by blaming longstanding problems.

“If you cannot carry out the responsibility of leadership, then don’t accept. If you accept, then do it as it should be done.”

“If I say that, yes, since I was born, Nigeria has been poor. If I am put in a position not to make Nigeria poor and all I can say is that since I was born, Nigeria has been poor, I wonder what I am saying to Nigerians,” he said.
