According to an official statement released on Thursday by the church’s Secretary-General, Prophet Anthony Olusesan Samaye, the revered cleric passed away peacefully at approximately 2:10 a.m. at his Lagos residence, surrounded by his family and domestic staff.

Sharing the somber news on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the global congregation, Prophet Samaye stated:
