Nigerians React As Bode George Confidently Assures PDP Of Bouncing Back With Atiku....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Bode George, a prominent member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has expressed his optimism about the party’s resurgence. He pledged his commitment to the restoration of the PDP’s former prominence and encouraged party members to stand firm.

Fractures within the PDP emerged following the announcement of former Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as the running mate to the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, for the 2023 presidential election.

Atiku’s decision prompted the immediate past Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, along with the G-5 governors and other party leaders, to call for the resignation of the former party’s national chairman, Senator Iyorchia Ayu. Their request was driven by the aim of achieving “regional balance” since both Atiku and Ayu hail from the north.

However, Bode George has vowed to implement measures to advance the PDP. Addressing a general assembly of the PDP in Lagos, he assured party members that, despite the challenges faced during the previous general elections, they would not be allowed to fade into obscurity.

He stated, “I urge all of you who have remained loyal to remain steadfast; we will ensure that the party reclaims its former glory.”

George further assured that the national leadership of the party would conduct a thorough post-mortem analysis to address and resolve all the issues that impacted the party in due course.
