The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, resulted in the unfortunate loss of the resident pastor, Sunday Ezekiel Ahmed.

Accompanied by his wife, Becky, Pastor Enenche arrived at the scene of the incident and inspected the collapsed structure.

Following this, he offered prayers and provided words of comfort to the gathered sympathizers, encouraging them to find solace in the face of this tragic event.

Pastor Enenche remarked, “In all things, we appreciate God. We want you all to be encouraged because the situation would have been worse if it happened during a night vigil or on a Sunday, like when we had the 7-hour ‘In His Presence’ liberty service just two days ago.”

In addressing the press, Enenche emphasized that the ministry diligently follows safety protocols in constructing its buildings. He mentioned, “As a ministry, we employ due diligence in our buildings, and we have done this in several projects. Going forward, we will delve into more comprehensive assessments, procedures, and technical details to ensure that, with God’s grace, such incidents are prevented in the future.”
