Former Administrator of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Femi Kajogbola, has shared the “inspiring faith journey” that led to the establishment of his ministry, known as the Light of the World Mission, along with its associated foundation.
This ministry was founded in 2018, following Pastor Kajogbola’s departure from the RCCG, a religious institution he had been a part of since 2006. He attributed the establishment of his ministry to an unwavering faith, family beliefs, and prophetic guidance. His mission was driven by a divine calling to serve God, with a focus on spreading the gospel and providing assistance to widows and the homeless.

Guided by revelation, he established branches of his ministry in Arlington, Texas, in the United States, as well as in Ibadan and Lagos, Nigeria. Simultaneously, through his Kajogbola Foundation, he received a divine mandate to construct homes for widows and the homeless.
Pastor Kajogbola acknowledged that with the support of prominent members, his ministry has experienced growth and an expansion of its mission to establish branches across the United States and Nigeria. He emphasized that his church adheres to God’s standards and principles for believers, which include personal salvation through faith, obedience to His Word, the experience of spiritual baptism, the manifestation of spiritual gifts, and the anticipation of the return of Jesus Christ.
In his pursuit of spiritual growth, Pastor Kajogbola attended Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, where he had the opportunity to meet and receive prayers from Senior Pastor Joel Osteen.
