According to News, a lawsuit was filed on Thursday alleging that Nick raped a woman when she was 17 years old at a concert in Washington state.
According to the lawsuit, Carter gave the lady HPV and threatened to put her in jail if she told anyone what had transpired.

Carter’s case was filed in Clark County District Court in Las Vegas.

According to the lawsuit, he used a derogatory term to describe the woman’s handicap, which includes autism and cerebral palsy, and asserted that no one would believe her.
“He also threatened he’d turn people against me because he’s Nick Carter and he’d ruin my life,” the woman is quoted as saying in a news release issued by her attorney, Mark Boskovich.

Carter’s attorney, Michael Holtz, termed the charges “legally meritless” and “completely false” in a statement.

The lady had been “manipulated into making false charges against Nick, and those allegations have altered repeatedly and dramatically over time,” according to Holtz.

“No one should be fooled by a press stunt arranged by an opportunistic lawyer there is nothing to this claim at all, as we have no doubt the courts will soon realize,” he said.

Following reports, the US television network ABC has canceled a performance by Nick’s band, the “Backstreet Boys,” as a result of the accusations.

Although it was scheduled to air on December 14, but it was presently no longer included on ABC’s roster of holiday specials.
