‘I Wrote My Will At 30’ – Chude Jideonwo Reveals Why He Doesn’t Want Children.

Media personality Chude Jideonwo has opened up about the personal reflections that influenced some of the most significant decisions in his life, including his choice not to have children.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Chude, an only child, disclosed that keeping a journal helped him understand himself better, confront his fears and gain clarity about what he wanted from life.

The media personality made the revelation during an appearance on the Beyond With Ezinne podcast, where he explained that he began journaling extensively in 2015.

According to him, he used the process to reflect on his desires, relationships, insecurities and deepest fears. He also considered the worst possible outcomes of the things he feared and how he could prepare for them.

One of the major decisions that emerged from these reflections was writing his will at a relatively young age.

Chude explained that he was around 30 or 31 years old when he began considering what would happen to his responsibilities if he died, particularly his obligations to his mother and the non-governmental organisation he supports.

He said, “So in 2015, I journaled like a mad person. What do I love? Who do I love? How do I like to be loved? What am I insecure about? You know, I wrote down, what am I afraid of? I wrote down the six things I’m afraid of. And I thought, what is the worst that will happen if these things happen?

“I wrote my will in 2015 or 2016, when I was 30, 31. Because I’m like, when I talk about what’s the worst that will happen if I die? And I thought, okay, I need to take care of my mother. I need to take care of the NGO that I contribute to.”

The media personality also reflected on his professional ambitions, noting that although he deeply loves RED, public relations is not something he wants to do every day.

He added that journaling prompted him to question whether marriage and parenthood were part of the future he wanted for himself.

According to Chude, it was during this period of self-examination that he realised he did not want to have children, describing the discovery as a significant personal realisation, particularly given that he is an only child and deeply loves his mother.

He said, “I love RED from the bottom of my heart, but PR is not what I want to do every day. So I wrote down, who do I want to get married to? Do I want to get married? That’s when I realized that I didn’t want to have children. It’s a big thing to realize as a human being. Yeah. To realize as an only child. Of a mother that I love dearly, and who I want to do everything for.”

Fury Turns Up Heat On Joshua, Promises Knockout After Dubois Stops Wardley.

British heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury has vowed to knock out Anthony Joshua when the two rivals meet at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on December 11.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Fury issued the threat following Daniel Dubois’ second-round stoppage of Fabio Wardley in London on Saturday, October 17.

Dubois retained his WBO heavyweight title after delivering a series of unanswered punches that forced Wardley’s corner to throw in the towel, bringing the contest to an end.

Reacting to the fight in a video posted on Instagram, Fury praised both boxers before turning his attention to his highly anticipated showdown with Joshua.

He said, “That was a very exciting heavyweight fight there between Dubois and Wardley. Fair play to both guys. Well done to Daniel for retaining his belt with a good knockout. That’s how you get them out of there, big Dan.”

Fury then issued a direct warning to Joshua, saying, “That is exactly what is going to happen to AJ on December 11, sparked out. Get up.”

Dubois made an explosive start to the contest, knocking Wardley down with a powerful right hand less than 20 seconds into the opening round.

He continued to dominate in the second round, maintaining the pressure until Wardley’s corner intervened and stopped the fight.

The victory marked Dubois’ first successful defence of the title he had reclaimed from Wardley in May. Their previous encounter lasted 11 rounds, with Dubois recovering from two knockdowns before eventually losing the belt.

Speaking after his latest victory, Dubois said he had anticipated a difficult contest and was determined to emerge victorious regardless of the challenges Wardley presented.

“I was just prepared for a war. Whatever he did wasn’t going to affect me: his punches or anything. I wouldn’t feel them, and I was just going to go right through him,” he said.

“I was in the zone. I was so on it, and I wasn’t going to be denied. I refuse to lose.”

Following the fight, Dubois asked his promoter, Frank Warren, about his next opponent.

Warren disclosed that plans were underway to organise a heavyweight unification bout next year, with IBF champion Filip Hrgovic and newly crowned WBC champion Agit Kabayel among the potential opponents.

“All those names are there to do a unification fight next year, and that’s what we’re working on,” Warren said.

When asked whether Dubois could face the winner of the Fury-Joshua showdown, Warren replied, “Well, that remains to be seen, but what can you do with these fights? You can only keep making the best fights.”

Fury and Joshua are scheduled to clash on December 11, with the bout set to stream live on Netflix and the WBA world title reportedly at stake.

Fury, 38, would become a three-time world champion if he defeats Joshua. He is also seeking to avenge his two defeats to Oleksandr Usyk as he continues his pursuit of another heavyweight championship.

Fatai Okoya, the alleged first child of Nigerian billionaire businessman Razaq Akanni Okoya, has publicly appealed to his father for forgiveness and reconciliation after more than four decades of separation.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Fatai made the appeal in an open letter shared on his social media page, where he apologised to his father and urged him to set aside whatever differences had kept them apart for so long.

In the emotional message, he expressed concern that they could lose more valuable time without resolving their differences and rebuilding their relationship.

Fatai also disclosed that he had made previous attempts to reach out to his father and make peace, but their prolonged estrangement had continued to cause him emotional distress.

Despite the years of separation, he maintained that Razaq Okoya remained his father and that he still cherished the relationship they shared.

In the letter, Fatai wrote, “More than four decades have passed, and today, I write with a humble heart, putting aside all pride to say: Dad, I am truly sorry. Please, find it in your heart to forgive me.

“Over the years, I have tried to reach out and make peace because the pain of our separation and the precious years we have lost weigh heavily on my heart. No matter what has happened, you remain my father, and I will forever be your first child. Dad, we cannot turn back the hands of time, but we can choose to make the years ahead different.”

He further appealed to his father to give their relationship another chance, stressing that life was too precious for them to continue living apart without attempting to resolve their differences.

According to him, his desire is to heal the wounds of the past, restore peace and rebuild the bond between father and son.

Fatai added, “Life is precious, time waits for no one, and I do not want us to lose any more opportunities to love, forgive and reconnect. I am simply asking for a chance to heal, to make peace and to rebuild the bond between a father and his child.

“Dad, please, let love speak louder than the pain of the past. Let forgiveness open a door that has been closed for far too long. I am ready to take that step with humility, sincerity and an open heart.”

Concluding his appeal, Fatai reaffirmed his love for his father and expressed his longing to have him back in his life.

“I love you, Dad. I miss you, and deep down, I still long for the blessing of having my father back in my life. Dad, I am truly sorry. My heart is open, my hands are extended, and my hope for reconciliation remains alive. Please, let us begin again,” he wrote.

2027 Presidency: Alake Unveils Tinubu’s Hidden Strategy Behind 12-State Campaign Plan.

Published

The spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, Dele Alake, has explained that President Bola Tinubu’s decision to campaign physically in only 12 states ahead of the 2027 general elections was a strategic move.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Speaking in an interview with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Alake said the President was determined not to neglect his official responsibilities in order to campaign across the country.

He argued that the 12 states selected for the campaign were strategically important and could play a decisive role in determining the outcome of the election.

Alake maintained that Tinubu should be commended for prioritising governance while making arrangements for his re-election campaign.

He also criticised sections of the media for portraying the President’s decision negatively, insisting that the limited number of campaign stops had nothing to do with his stamina or capacity.

According to Alake, Tinubu’s responsibilities as a sitting president make it difficult for him to tour every part of the country, unlike in 2023, when he contested the presidency without holding the office.

He said, “The President said categorically at the inauguration of the campaign council a few days ago that we should excuse him, that he is not going to abandon governance for campaigning.

“The President has a lot on his plate; honestly, I sympathise with him most times when I’m with him, the weight, the enormity. And I admire him a lot because of his resilience; his stamina is unparalleled.”

Alake explained that Tinubu had more flexibility during the 2023 presidential election because he was not yet the country’s leader.

He added, “Asiwaju was not a sitting president in 2023, so he could afford the time to go to every corner of the nation, but when you are a sitting president with so much work to do, no, you cannot.

“And what has he done? He has chosen some zonal pivotal states to visit. And if you are to do a serious empirical verification of those zones and states, you will find out that those places he’s chosen to go are actually election deciders.

“So there is no issue there at all, he should be commended for that. He is not going to abandon governance for campaigning.”

Alake’s remarks come as the APC prepares for the 2027 general elections, with the party balancing its campaign activities against Tinubu’s responsibilities as President.
