According to details from an inquest at the Inner West London Coroner’s Court cited by TMZ, Ego died in March 2026 after undergoing the procedure while on a luxury vacation in Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen. The operation involved injecting 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine into his penis at an unnamed clinic.
While staying at a Bangkok Marriott hotel following the procedure, Ego complained of chest pain and passed out twice before being rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital.
