Trade and Investment: Bilateral trade is nearing the $10 billion mark, anchored by over 200 Indian companies operating in Nigeria and directly employing nearly 100,000 local citizens.
-
Sectoral Cooperation: Both nations are actively expanding partnerships across defense, healthcare, energy, agriculture, and technology.
The upcoming summit is expected to further cement diplomatic ties between Abuja and New Delhi while boosting integration and cooperation across the Global South.

BLOCKBUSTER COLLAPSE? Fresh Crisis Threatens To Derail The Epic Anthony Joshua Vs. Tyson Fury Showdown!.
The long-awaited heavyweight clash between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury faces a potential delay as both camps remain at odds over the choice of venue.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
While Frank Warren, who promotes Fury under Queensberry, is still optimistic that the high-profile fight will take place in November, ongoing disagreements have cast uncertainty over the event.
Location Clash: Wembley vs. New York
Wembley Stadium was initially the frontrunner to host the bout, but disputes regarding the proposed start time have pushed Madison Square Garden in New York into contention. Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh reportedly backs the New York venue for its ability to draw a broader international audience.
However, Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, has warned that moving the fight to New York without a mutual agreement would jeopardize the entire contest. Hearn insists that Joshua’s team remains bound to the original contractual agreement to hold the showdown in the United Kingdom.
-
Warren’s Stance: Speaking to Box Nation, Warren maintained that Fury’s contract outlines different terms, stating that both sides must reach a consensus or risk canceling the bout entirely.
-
Fighter Preps: Both heavyweights have recently returned to the ring in preparation, with Fury securing a seventh-round victory over Mariusz Wach in Thailand, and Joshua bouncing back from early knockdowns to stop Kristian Prenga in Jeddah.
With November approaching as the target month, bridging the gap between both promoters remains a critical hurdle before the historic British heavyweight matchup can be officially confirmed.
