Speaking during an interview on Arise News, Daramola—who previously spearheaded fundraising efforts for Osoba’s medical care—addressed the public discourse surrounding her colleague’s death. She pointed out that recent conversations have shifted away from health battles toward personal relationships, romantic involvements, and dynamics involving family and friends.

Urging the public and industry stakeholders to look past controversies and finger-pointing, Daramola emphasized that the primary focus of Nollywood practitioners remains giving the late actress a dignified farewell and supporting her grieving family.

She outlined ongoing plans for an industry tribute night at LTV8 ahead of her final burial rites in her hometown of Iperu, while also noting that efforts are underway to provide financial assistance for Osoba’s surviving grandparents.

The action came just hours after a reported confrontation between 2Baba and Natasha at Faze’s grand opening event at 90s Lounge in Abuja.

A check by NEWS on Sunday morning showed that 2Baba has unfollowed Natasha on Instagram, while Natasha is still following him.

Meanwhile, 2Baba is still following Annie Idibia despite their separation.

The clash between the estranged couple reportedly happened at the club, where 2Baba was scheduled to perform.

A senior member of the singer’s management team confirmed to News that a confrontation took place at the venue.

The management source, however, alleged that Natasha arrived with several security personnel and other men and that they attempted to take 2Baba away from the venue.

According to the source, Natasha’s arrival and the men with her led to tension between both sides before the situation developed into a confrontation involving 2Baba and members of his team.

The management team also claimed that 2Baba and Natasha have been apart for more than two months, although the circumstances surrounding their appearance at the same event were not immediately known.

It was also not established whether the disagreement resulted in any injuries or led to arrests.

While acknowledging that the actress had previously undergone cancer surgery, Onadeko maintained that the illness was not the cause of death, and he vehemently denied rumors that he diverted funds donated for her medical care—such as a check from Mike Adenuga—toward building his church. He additionally addressed personal matters, noting that she drove herself to Iperu prior to her death, struggled with a smoking habit he encouraged her to break, and lived in her uncle’s house rather than a rented apartment.
