Through a statement shared via his Instagram account, Fabiyi announced that his organization, the Break The Silence Foundation, has formally submitted a petition to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police to initiate a formal inquiry. According to Fabiyi, an investigation is warranted because the late actress had reportedly lodged a complaint with law enforcement shortly before her death.

She shared that her romance progressed to an engagement shortly after the show, with both of them actively planning a future together and eventually welcoming a child.

Although they stayed together for a period after the birth of their child, the relationship eventually hit a breaking point. Aiyeola noted that the turning point occurred when their child turned two years old, leading them to mutually decide to separate and move on.

She also revealed that despite a later attempt by her former partner to reconcile, she chose not to return to the relationship.

“Our relationship reached the point where we got engaged after Project Fame. We had a child, but the relationship did not eventually lead to marriage. When our child turned two, we decided to go our separate ways.

The family of the late Nollywood actress, Temitope Osoba, has opened up about her final moments, sharing claims that she predicted her own death on the day she passed away.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

During an interview with actor Kunle Afod and a relative named Dupe, the actress’s maternal aunt, Pejuola Ogunesan, revealed that Osoba reached out to her unexpectedly after a long period of estrangement. According to Ogunesan, the actress expressed deep fear that she would die that day, attributing her distress to alleged threats from her fiancé, Prophet Itunu Onadeko.

Ogunesan explained that relations between the family and Osoba had fractured in 2023. At the time, the actress was receiving treatment for breast cancer at Evercare Hospital in Lekki but chose to leave with Prophet Onadeko and actress Foluke Daramola. The family rift deepened when relatives temporarily took away Osoba’s phone ahead of a scheduled surgery, prompting the actress to block multiple family members and sever communication.

Despite their previous fallout, Ogunesan and another relative rushed to the police station where Osoba was located after receiving her distress call. Upon arrival, Osoba immediately recognized them, introducing them to the Divisional Police Officer as her aunties.

The family revealed that Osoba had been struggling with insomnia and terrifying nightmares involving frightening figures, for which she had been advised to seek spiritual help. During their reunion, Osoba also alleged that she was being mistreated by Prophet Onadeko and accused him of infidelity.

Recounting the tragic events of that day, Ogunesan stated:

“When she called me that she was going to die that day, although we were not on good terms after she left Evercare Hospital in Lekki with her fiancé, Prophet Itunu Onadeko, and actress Foluke Daramola in 2023… She mentioned that the fiancé had told her that they would post her obituary that day. She was just saying that the guy said she would die today.”

Ogunesan added that authorities at the police station referred them to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OSUTH). However, tragically, while on the way, Osoba suddenly collapsed in the car and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the emergency unit.
