According to a statement released by the party’s National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, through his Special Adviser on Media and Information Strategy, Abimbola Tooki, the submission process covered all levels ranging from state Houses of Assembly up to the presidency. Yilwatda noted that the process was accomplished smoothly across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory ahead of schedule.

The chairman emphasized that early completion highlights the party’s structural discipline and readiness for governance. While INEC Nigeria previously adjusted windows for political party submissions, the APC leadership stressed that proactive planning allowed them to meet requirements without last-minute panic.

With the candidate upload concluded, the party intends to shift its full focus toward broader campaign coordination, grassroots organization, voter mobilization, and policy communication ahead of the 2027 polls. Yilwatda commended the efforts of the National Working Committee, state executives, and election management teams, urging members to stay focused and united.
