During a TikTok livestream on Monday—following the couple’s high-profile Lagos wedding—the Ochacho Real Homes founder revealed that the multi-million naira property was given as a reward for Peller’s good character.
“₦400 million is no money. ₦400 million is just ₦400 as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them,” Adah stated, expressing his belief that generosity is always rewarded by God with double.
Teasing even greater surprises ahead, the entrepreneur promised that the luxury mansion is merely the beginning of his generosity toward Peller.
“That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller,” he declared. “The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn’t worry. That house is going to be the smallest gift I’ll give to him”.
