  • Strict Product Categorization: Each subsidiary is authorized to transport only specific products.

    • Dangote Cement: Cement, limestone, high-grade gypsum, coal, and clinker.

    • Dangote Sugar Refinery: Sugar products.

    • NASCON Allied Industries: Dangote Salt and DanQ Seasoning.

    • Dangote Packaging: Bags and packaging materials.

    • Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals: Polypropylene products.

    • Dangote Fertiliser Limited: Urea fertiliser.

  • Enforcement and Prosecution: Any truck carrying products outside these approved categories is considered to be involved in illegal haulage. Drivers and owners of unauthorized goods face arrest and prosecution, and the goods may be confiscated by authorities. Law enforcement agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force, have been authorized to arrest drivers involved in such activities.

  • Whistleblower Requirements: To assist in investigations, the company asks the public to provide details such as the truck type, registration number, cab number, location, color, and a description of the goods, along with photographs if possible.

  • Reporting Channels: Dedicated telephone hotlines have been set up for the Obajana, Okpella, and Gboko plants to receive these reports.

The company emphasized its zero-tolerance policy toward logistics-related fraud and illegal commercial activities, noting that public cooperation is essential for maintaining the integrity of its transportation network and ensuring accountability.
