Fagbemi stated that these individuals must step aside in accordance with public service rules to facilitate an impartial inquiry. He further called on President Bola Tinubu to launch a formal panel of inquiry into the “fake agency” and to conduct an audit of all offices and residences within the State House.
This demand follows recent claims by Adeniyi Adeyemi, the individual posing as the PFIPC Director-General, who alleged that Femi Gbajabiamila demanded ₦200 million and received ₦400 million through a proxy to secure his appointment. While the Presidency has officially denied these allegations—stating that Gbajabiamila lacked the authority to make such appointments—Fagbemi maintains that these officials must account for their actions before a panel.
