Running For His Life: Alleged ‘Fake’ Presidential Council Boss Speaks Out From Secret Hideout.
Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, the man accused of impersonating a government official and forging appointment letters for the “Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council” and “Presidential Economic Advisory Council,” has claimed he is being targeted by the Presidency to keep him quiet. Speaking from a secret location, Adeyemi asserted that his organization was established in 2024 and maintained his innocence, though he refused to provide supporting documents on legal advice. He further stated he is in hiding due to threats against his life. The charges stem from a petition by Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila after it was discovered the suspects allegedly forged official letters, seals, and reference numbers to appear as presidential appointees. African Action Congress (AAC) 2027 presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has cautioned citizens against falling for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s stance on reversing the fuel subsidy.
