Under the agreed-upon “60-40” formula, the Kwankwasiyya bloc was entitled to 60 percent of positions, while the remaining 40 percent were allocated to the NDC structure. Leadership took these corrective measures after determining that the initial distribution of tickets did not accurately reflect this division, a discrepancy that threatened to cause internal instability.

Key adjustments include:
